MES-Easy-Terminal

The MES-Easy-Terminal is a terminal for the registration of small series productions for the sample and prototype construction. The work steps required for the production of the prototype product are mostly carried out manually and only to a lesser extent on the actual series machines. The terminal is usually located in the prototyping workshop and registers several manual workstations or machines for manual operation. The worker starts the work order for the respective manual workstation on the Easy-Terminal and then confirms completion, where he can also enter information on material consumption or other process parameters if necessary. The Easy-Terminal then outputs a label for labeling the prototype HU so that the next process step can be carried out for this on the terminal itself or on the terminal of an ordinary system. Once the prototype has been completed, the Easy-Terminal can also be used to create shipping labels for defined partial quantities of the small series concerned.
